Damstahl is experiencing strong growth and we are now looking for a B2B digital marketer for our global marketing team. The role involves group-wide work to implement Damstahl's marketing plan with the aim of supporting our Sales team and to generate new business. The role is located in Langenfeld and reports to the Group Marketing Manager, located in Sweden.
In the role of digital marketer, your overall mission will be to create, publish, distribute, follow-up, analyze and optimize innovative and groundbreaking communication that attracts both new and previous customers. You are passionate about our mission “On your side” where set the customer in the center of everything we do. You get energized by converting opportunities to increase organic visibility and traffic as well as sales.
The role is both operational and tactical, meaning that you should be able to plan, prioritize, implement, and follow up on various activities. We mainly work in digital channels and based on our marketing plan, you create target group-adapted and smart communication solutions. This involves, for example, writing and producing relevant content (text, image, and video), actively working with our social channels, and our Content Marketing.
You will work in a team with colleagues in Sweden and Denmark to share experience and knowledge throughout the entire group. The position will involve some travel, mainly within Germany, but also to our offices in Denmark and Sweden when needed.
To succeed in this role, self-motivation and independent work are required, combined with a good ability to build and maintain relationships within Damstahl. You will alternate between operational and tactical work and are meticulous with details and follow-up. In addition, you have great business understanding and the ability to turn ideas into action. As a person, you are goal-oriented, collaborative, and curious about building something new.
Your reporting manager, Martin Hed, will give you ample opportunities to take responsibility and develop in your role. For him, it's important to find what his employees are passionate about and provide opportunities to explore those areas.
In your role, you will collaborate closely with your team and other departments while being given the opportunity to be at the forefront in terms of new working methods and tools. This is with the aim of developing content and processes that promotes sales and growth.
