Do you have experience within customer service and do you search for new job opportunities in a future-orientated and international company?
Your tasks:
• Build and organize a new Service and Success Center
• Be responsible for after sales service & customer success (follow up on
deliveries and documents, and claim-handling)
• Provide sales support (data-management, improving processes, handling
simple buy-outs)
• Improve processes to support and ensure better customer service
• Share knowledge with your customers
• Be a trustworthy and encouraging team leader for approx. 5 employees in
Germany and Denmark
Your competences:
• Relevant leadership training or degree
• Experience from a similar position with personnel responsibility
• Fluent in English (written and spoken). German will be a huge advantage
• Strong social skills
• Detail-oriented and structured way of working
• Being service and customer oriented with a calm yet assertive style of
communication
• Thinking digitally and being good at handling numbers
