At Damstahl, we have a special focus on aspects such as age and nationality because we aim for all employees to thrive throughout their entire careers. Consequently, we work particularly closely on tailored and flexible working hours for retirees who wish to remain engaged in the workforce.

Additionally, we collaborate closely with the municipality to create a smooth entry into the job market for both Danish and international young individuals seeking to join the Danish workforce.

We hope that, besides advancing the work on diversity and inclusion, we can also inspire and motivate other companies to do the same.
