We visit your site to measure from clamp end to clamp end, ensuring the correct length, fittings, and angles.
We manufacture and pressure test in-house
We cut to length, assemble, and test each hose in-house – saving you time and guaranteeing high quality.
Unique QR code provides access to all documentation
Each hose is laser-engraved with a unique QR code.
One quick scan gives you:
- Pressure test certificate
- Declaration of conformity
- Material certificates
- Serial number and production date
- We can also add your TAG number or other custom identifiers upon request
What types of hoses do we offer?
We offer both PTFE and silicone hoses. A PTFE hose contains a PTFE liner, ensuring that the media only comes into contact with PTFE. These hoses are available for both ATEX and non-ATEX environments. The PTFE-lined hoses come with either a white silicone or blue EPDM outer cover.
In the pharmaceutical and biotech industries, hoses are typically used to transport liquids, gases, or other media – under both pressure and vacuum. They are known for their wide temperature resistance (typically from -60 °C to +200 °C) and high chemical resistance to many liquids and cleaning agents.
Our hoses can include various internal reinforcements (e.g., stainless steel spiral) and are equipped with fittings at both ends – ready to be integrated directly into your process system.
