Damstahl establishes Supply Chain function

Damstahl is implementing an organizational change as of August 1st, merging the functions of purchasing, warehousing and logistics.

 Henrik Ørskov has been appointed CPO & Supply Chain Director, Nordic as of August 1st and will take full responsibility for the Damstahl Group's purchasing, warehousing and logistics functions in the Nordic region.

Henrik Ørskov is 43 years old and has for the past 23 years worked with both purchasing, sales and management at the top level in large wholesale companies. Since joining Damstahl in 2020, Henrik has been CEO of the company's Finnish subsidiary. A role that in 2022 was supplemented with the responsibility for the group's Nordic purchasing as Director, Nordic CPO - and now further expanded to pull all the strings in Damstahl's newly established Supply Chain function.

- We have high expectations for the efficiency that the new structure will bring with shorter communication paths and optimization of processes.
